Hâpax garage floor systems start at $4,000. A typical two-car garage often falls between $4,500 and $7,500. Size, existing coatings, moisture, repairs, perimeter details and the selected system affect the final proposal.
Share photographs and tell us when you notice dampness, peeling or staining. We assess moisture, contamination and existing coatings before recommending preparation or a floor system. Coating a slab does not resolve an underlying water-entry problem.
We need clear access to the areas being prepared and coated. Include photographs of appliances, tool chests, built-in storage and anything difficult to move. Moving help or temporary storage can be discussed; your written scope confirms the arrangements and who provides them.
Many straightforward floor installations take approximately two working days. Allow roughly 72 hours as an initial guide before parking, subject to the specified system and site conditions. Preparation, repairs, temperature and cure requirements can change the sequence; Hâpax confirms the project-specific schedule.
