We photograph the existing space, visible damage, access, edges, stem walls, and control joints before work begins.

Prepare
The concrete is mechanically ground to create a consistent surface profile. The finished system is only as dependable as the preparation beneath it.

Address
Qualifying cracks and selected joints are handled according to the agreed scope. Structural concrete repair is identified separately rather than hidden inside a coating promise.

The approved base, full-broadcast flake, and clear protective system are installed as one controlled sequence, followed by clear care and return-to-service guidance.

Tell us about your projectDo I need to buy cabinets with my floor?
No. A floor-only project is welcome. Cabinetry, slatwall, storage, painting, lighting, moving help and temporary on-site storage can be considered for a larger project. The written scope confirms what is included and who provides it.
Can I purchase Proslat products through Hâpax?
Yes. Hâpax is an authorized Proslat dealer. We can help select and order slatwall, cabinets, racks, lifts, lighting, and accessories as a product package or as part of an installed garage project, depending on the scope.
Can I use Proslat's Space Designer before contacting Hâpax?
Yes. It is a useful way to explore cabinet layouts, colors, and proportions. Include the configuration or screenshots with your Garage Plan, and Hâpax can review the design alongside field measurements, installation conditions, flooring, and the rest of the room.
What does a garage floor cost?
Garage floor systems start at $4,000. A typical two-car garage often falls between $4,500 and $7,500. Size, existing coatings, moisture, repairs, access and the selected system affect the final proposal.
What about a complete garage transformation?
Complete transformations start at $15,000, with many projects planning around $15,000 to $40,000 or more. The cost depends on the floor, storage and other improvements chosen for the space. We provide a written proposal after defining the scope.
Can you coat a damp or previously painted slab?
We first assess moisture, contamination and any existing coating. Those conditions affect preparation and system selection, so we cannot promise adhesion or a particular warranty before examining the floor.
When can I park on the finished floor?
Allow roughly 72 hours as an initial planning guide. The actual return-to-service time depends on the specified system and site conditions; your installer will confirm it for your project.
