02 · Concrete Flooring
No two slabs are identical. Age, hardness, previous flooring, adhesives, repairs, and aggregate exposure all affect the process and final appearance.

Hâpax Customs produces commissioned concrete pieces for a particular client and place. Each commission requires design development, moldmaking, material testing, finishing, and careful handling.

Some ideas require preliminary material studies or prototypes. When that is necessary, design and development are priced separately before full fabrication begins.
