Can concrete stay outside year-round?
Concrete is naturally suited to exterior use, but mix, reinforcement, drainage, joints, sealer, exposure, and installation details must fit the site. Weathering and variation should be expected.
Does Hâpax provide the fire burner or grill?
Equipment responsibilities depend on the project. Approved appliance information and qualified gas, electrical, or plumbing coordination are required before the surrounding concrete is finalized.
Will exterior concrete crack or change color?
Exterior concrete responds to temperature, moisture, sunlight, salts, use, and substrate movement. Thoughtful design manages risk, but natural variation, weathering, and fine cracking cannot be eliminated entirely.
How is a heavy precast piece installed?
Access, lifting points, equipment, foundations, tolerances, placement, and site protection are planned as part of the design. Responsibilities are documented before fabrication.
